Paddleboard Fit Classes
A full bootcamp class right on the water, using banded resistance on the paddles! Think squats, planks, pushups, and even burpees (though we call em “Surfees”) in addition to exercises completely unique to the board. It’s a full body workout, with plenty of water breaks of all kinds :)
Paddleboard Yoga Classes
A gentle restorative yoga class right on the water with mindful meditation. Come ready to relax and unwind with the soft sounds of the water beneath your body.
Learn the basics of paddleboarding and venture down the river with your guide. Just the sun, the water, and plenty of wildlife to watch.
*Our land is your land. Feel free to use the space and hike the property before of after your River venture. Pack some food to throw on the grill, or start a bonfire and make smores under the stars. We’ll provide a cooler and ice for all of our hungry guests!*
